Can you cut this strip in half to use as 2" long strips?

Yes, rub down your scissors with alcohol prior to cutting and return unused strip to original packaging.

Can you post a picture of this all you show is a plastic bag I have no idea what they look like ?

They are thin long strips that can be cut to size if too long for cut. Strips are white, looks like white thin tissue paper. Works great.

What is the expiration date?

Are these a zip stitch type of closure bandage for a wound or just a band aid type wound protector?

Just like surgeons
