Best granules to add to milk rather than others
This is a great product which worked best on my son. The only problem is that they deliver lately

The main component of this formulation is Brahmi the time tested brain tonic in Indian medical system. An effective food supplement for boosting intelligence and also countering depression / anxiety states in all ages. My family doctor suggested this in place of alprazolam based drug which was prescribed by another allopathic specialist, which on long term use can damage brain cells.
