I got these for my 4 year old granddaughter for Christmas because she loves to help her parents with cooking. She was using a butter knife and unable to cut a whole lot until I bought these. When she got them we tested them out to make sure they wouldn’t cut her and concluded that you have to push very very hard on your skin in order to even break it. Since then she has been using them constantly and is so happy to be able to cut sandwiches, veggies for meals, fruit, and whatever else she wants. These knives are a great way to foster a love for cooking in little ones that hopefully will last their lifetime.

Both my 6 year old and I fell in love with this set. The price is great for the quality of the knives. They work great as well and have held up very nicely to washing. They still look brand new and they’re used and washed almost daily. Definitely have some cutting power to them as well! I’ll be buying more!

The packaging isn't great from a gifting standpoint but the knives are great! They work much better than I would have expected from a child's knife and I feel safe letting my 4 year old use them. They peel and slice carrots and fruit with ease. The knives seem pretty durable too. I highly recommend them for any young chef!

This is good for kids wanting to help in the kitchen. It is safe and you don’t have to be nervous about them using a regular knife when they want to help out. Definitely a good starter set for little ones

I love these! They are surprisingly easy to use and will cut anything! My 3 year old loves being able to be independent and cut his own food. I will reach for these over a regular knife most of the time because I don’t have to worry about little hands grabbing it off the counter.

My 5 year old daughter loves these to cut her own strawberries (supervised, obviously). It could definitely hurt to slide across your finger, but it would take a lot of work to cut the skin open. She’s learning to respect and use knives without so much of the hurt for small mistakes.

My kids love to help in the kitchen, but at ages 2, 4, and 6 I wasn’t ready to pass along my newly sharpened kitchen knives and just let them go. This little knife set is a great stepping stone for learning how to safely prepare food in the kitchen. These of course are not sharp enough to chop through a raw carrot, but they are great for soft fruits and vegetables. Now my kids can gain some independence while they learn the valuable skills of chopping and cooking.

My 3 year old loved helping the kitchen. These have been awesome for him. He is learning the safe was to cut food and he is loving it.
