As expected, I like the amount, I don't need to buy again for a while.

Package was ripped at the bottom and i found worms in the dog food after a few days. I threw it away, as my dog refused to eat and i did not know why at the very beginning.

We found insects and worms in Royal Canin dog food which was ordered in January. We have regularly been ordering the same dog food since years. And this us the first instance such case has happened. We have photo and video but don't know how to send it to you. Kindly have someone call us at the earliest. This is not a healthy sign. We place the dog food in its original packing and then in an airtight container. Kindly let me know what has to be done.

Bad quality kibble, both my pet got sick and no process to return an open packet. We have been using this for 3 years but last packet had bad content.

Really good value dog food.......having had a very delicate stomach our chocolate Labrador is very fussy with her food and this is the only food she doesn't turn her nose up at......very good quality food and her coat is very shiny. Buying the large bag is very good value if you have room to store it.

Highly recommend! Good quality, good value for money compared to high street/ pet shop prices. I have been using James well beloved which my dog has eaten, but not loved. Her coat lost all its sheen and was not overally impressed. She was on Royal canine as a pup, overtime decided to change to try something different. I came back to this brand and as soon as I got it through the door, she was a happy dog. She loves this dog food and it has a good amount of protein in it, not just cereal and ash. Gentle on dogs tummy and bowl movements are always solid, nothing worse than trying to pick up after a dog with a upset tummy! I've been using it over the last week with slowly weining her off her existing food so that she doesn't get a upset tummy. Her coat already is looking in better condition and getting the shine back. Also the 15kg bags lasts a long time too ! I will not be changing again, Royal canine is definately worth buying,it might be a bit more expensive but in my opinion worth every penny!!! £36.99 for 15kg vs £9.00 for 2kg of James well beloved. Not really a expensive option to me. You won't be disappointed with this product.

Super croquette, jai deux husky qui digère hyper bien ces croquettes (ce sont les seuls d'ailleurs ...) du coup le Packet de 18 kl est idéal pour nous et bien moins chère qu'en magasin, de plus les délais de livraison sont TRÈS raisonnable !
