Q: Can these wood chips be used in maze smoke generators?

Not sure - I used them in an electric smoker to smoke salmon - worked wonderful. But I have an electric smoker/grill that uses pellets - and these can't be used with that grill. I would hesitate to use in your smoke generator unless the generator instructions say . Would hate to damage it. Chips would totally screw up my electric smoker/grill, for certain.

I am from the Pacific Northwest and have smoked salmon for years. The best chips for salmon is alder, next best apple.
