So Very Cool โฃ๏ธ
Yes, it makes some little clicky thumpy sounds sometimes, maybe a little bit like the car in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. ๐It did it as soon as I moved the arm far enough to turn the motor on. I didn't think I was going to keep it. But the sound is not coming through the speakers, when a record is playing I don't hear it over the music. Turning it up only turns the music up, it doesn't make the other sound louder too. My friend said it was cool; it kinda reminded her of the little noises you hear on records sometimes. It's too cool to return. I bought two more colored albums just because it's so cool. It's a different feel. It doesn't even have a remote. And it uses both a manual lift bar and a manual arm; it doesn't even have automatic return. But you know what, it doesn't matter. It sounds pretty good and like I said, It's Very Coolโฃ๏ธ It is the same turntable used in several Kaleo visualizer music videos. The album featured in the product images is Bob Marley - Legend!

Sounds good enough, attention getter, does the job. This was a good buy.
I do not recall how I got to see this item or what I was looking for at the time (purchased in 2023) but it was an eye catcher for me right from the start. I am ole Skool so I have a record collection. I do have a great system otherwise but I purchased this with little hesitation. This review comes 2 years later as I was looking for the cost then and now, and its $20 cheaper as of the date of this entry. Its great, I accept its limitations as well as its good features. The only issue I have had is from wobbling of the needle. I thought the problem was the unit but turns out my ceiling fan being on created an air flow that caused the needle have tracking issues. This item is a great conversation piece. Everyone loves it and have comments. What I would like to see as additions are 1. A clear case that can fit over it or that it is enclosed in. 2. I really want that multi-colored disc used in the advertisement. Sounds good enough, attention getter, does the job. This was a good buy.

Don't do it
Terrible player, sound quality poor, makes all my vinyl sound defective. Looks nice but looks better in the trash. Not worth the wait, time, money or effort it took to plug in. Save your money and buy your player from a music store so you can hear what you're getting. Gimmick

So Groovy Baby!
Oh my goodness, if you donโt hurry up and purchase this, so you can be fly just like me. This is my new favorite item, there is a record store, literally across the street from my place that I went into for the very first time to buy my first few records, knowing that my brand new beautiful mid-century modern vertical record player would be arriving today and the sound is amazing. The packaging was perfect. It was easy breezy to plug-in because there is zero set up. This is awesome and just such a artistic design, I love it so much.

Cool, Novel Record Player for Casual Listening
It's pretty nifty, in an all-style, little substance sorta way. I know that's a pretty back-handed compliment, but I can't think of a better way to frame it. As it turns out, Vert is a pretty neat and eye-catching way to play your hipster-donuts! It gets major points for being easy to use, with few moving mechanisms (see: things that fail on you over time). Turntables have the capacity to be a little too involved, so it's nice to just toss a record on there, drop the needle and walk away. However, one major caveat is that if your record is warped in any way, then it becomes much harder for the needle to maintain contact with the record. So if you have an old, much-loved album... or you just bought a newly pressed record between 2022-2024 (has anyone else noticed that record manufacturing has gone to shark in recent years?), you will have some issues. The anti-slip, foam pad that comes with this is a big help in that realm. I also think this unit needs more features. While it does USB, 3.5, Bluetooth input, it does not do any form of **OUTPUT**. I think Bluetooth output would really make this unit, because... ... I've never driven in a base-trim Kia Sorento, but this is what I imagine the car audio/radio would sound like. It's fine. Clear and crisp, but also, not a lot of treble or bass. Volume is also quite low, but this was pretty much my expectation. I think this is a neat little unit, but it feels like this could've easily be a $80 Homegoods product. It's exactly the type of turntable you think it is, and that's not a bad thing. I think my issue with it is that I would like a more premium, feature-full version of this player (and at the time of this review, I know Fuse is doing a kickstarter on their next unit). I think the main message I have for folks is that this is an awesome record player, for small offices, or those doing some cramped, apartment living. If you're an audiophile, it would probably be a good idea to stand clear of this (I think audiophiles would probably come to this conclusion at a swift glance).

Looks cool and works well, but not perfect.
I love this thing! It gets a lot of looks and comments in my office at work. Donโt listen to the haters. It sounds just fine and works as expected. Only โissueโ is that it rarely โauto stopsโ at the end of a record. Recommend!

Really great vinyl player. Has a ton of extra features; best of which is the bluetooth transmitter. No need for a sepersteplug in. Connects with one button to surround sound.

Talking point player
Excellent little vertical player, not too loud but very clear and still a good sound The people who have went out and bought one since seeing mine is insane, we all love vinyl and the extra time it takes to listen to your music, this makes it worthwhile

Great little player!
Great little record player. Sound quality is good and better than some other all in one systems we've had before. The only issue we've had has a simple fix. The player comes with an antislip mat to put between the player and the record but it is smaller than the overall record size and we found we were having issues with the first track on each side sometimes skipping around. We put a full 12inch sized record mat on instead and the skipping stopped straight away. Not a single problem since. My husband loves being able to see all the pictures discs and coloured vinyls as he listens to his favourite music.
