It is not at all like the pic. Poor quality and fake. Didn’t include the resistance range, poor material. The bag didn’t have the name print thefitlife as the pic. Don’t waste your money on a fake product! Requested a return.

Saved me through covid. Only now I review them as I found them in my gym back. Basically looking as new even if I used them daily for months. You just to take good care and clean them if you use them outside. Decent. Different colours for different resistance, accessories good, good value for money.

These resistance bands have been great. I’ve used them three times a week since 2019 and they only just needed replacing now in 2026. The set comes with a door anchor so you can take it traveling and do your strength training anywhere—no gym required. I love that I can do any weight by combining bands and can use the handles or ankle straps. A complete gym in a light-weight bag.
