Can this be used in microwaves?

As long as it is 100% cotton. There is batting for bowl holders but it is more expensive - the only requirement for the bowl holders is that ALL materials used MUST be 100% cotton including the thread.

How far apart can the quilting be?

I’m sure the manufacturer has # for this but I like 6” or less

I need white bolt with scrim 40 yds by 90 inches
