Will this fit into a 2014 370Z?

I'm not sure. The bass tube is six and a half inches high. But it can be rotated to fit. Where are you looking to install it at? That is the biggest thing. But to be honest this product is our great product you will not go wrong. I've installed this and a 1993 Chevy pickup standard cab. Also a 2016 Kia Soul. Really enhances the sound.

Does the harness have a hi pass through for rear speakers or do the rear speakers need their own individual input lines from the stereo unit?

You will need to buy the harness separately. You will use a t tap to link into your rear speaker wires.
