I have tired gummy vitamins, chewable vitamins, even syrups to try and get my kids to take their vitamins and this is by far the easiest one! It can be a bit thin if you just mix it with water or milk so I would recommend blending in half a banana or adding some chia powder.

Got this for my 10 year old boy, who is a very choosy and a poor eater. It helps on days he hasn’t had any vegetables. I mix it with some chocolate powder though as by itself the taste isn’t great n with a hint of green, makes it less appealing. However it’s filled with nutrients as per the brand, n I checked with the doc and she said to go ahead with it as well..

My kid is one of the most fussiest eaters, yet she loves this product. I put it over her cereal or in her smoothies. So happy that my picky eater is getting good nutrition in some form and way.

This is the first superfood green drink I could drink and keep down. The taste does take some getting used to in the beginning, but it's far better than any other I've tried (and I've tried many). After a week of drinking a glass every morning and afternoon, I noticed significant changes. Afternoon brain fog disappeared, I had more overall energy, and in general felt better. After a year of religiously drinking this, I've noticed my immunity and resistance to illness/physical strain is much better. I swear by this stuff!! I'm also a massage therapist specializing in Lypossage for cellulite and recommend this to every client. 30+ people have started this drink, and continued long after their Lypossage series ended. Overall, there's been a noticeable difference in the efficacy and speed of each Lypossage series' with the introduction of this drink. I noticed clients who drank this regularly would lose weight faster, have less edema, less skin issues, and better overall digestion, as well as many other positive health developments. I've treated enough people over the years to be able to tell the difference, and there is a definite pattern. Green drink = better overall health/weight. The price is also very reasonable compared to similar products, with great ingredients including probiotics. **Note: Pay attention while ordering - the company has many variations of superfood powders and not all do the same thing. The lemon-lime energy blend is my personal favorite and the favorite of most my clients. Honestly, I hated the taste of the others, especially the original blend which tastes like grass-flavored dirt. And if you're drinking something twice per day or more, taste tolerability is important! If you get jittery from the energy blend or want to try the other kinds, I recommend getting the variety sample pack. It has all their blends in individual singe-serve packages. Great way to try all of them out and find the right one for you.

My daughter loves the taste. It tastes similar to the more expensive brand and still has clean ingredients. It does require the mini blender to get it to dissolve but I think its still worth the money. Toddlers will eat you out of house and home, and then not eat at all and this makes me feel like she's getting the nutrients she needs when she isn't eating.

For $0.70 a day for 30 days, these greens are the best priced supplement on the market. (Trust me, I've checked around.) The best way to drink it in my opinion, is a lovely concoction by putting a scoop of powder in green-tea, with a splash of milk and a tinier splash of fresh apple juice. It has a very very earthy taste that I'm lucky enough to actually enjoy, but some might find the taste too grassy, it all depends on your taste buds. If you mix it with 24oz of another flavored drink, (like my noted tea mixture,) the taste of the powder comes through very mildly, some might find drinking it that way more bearable. While drinking it as a meal replacement it's helped me lose weight while retaining energy. I suppose skipping lunch is an obvious way to shed some pounds, but at least with the powder it's a healthier way to go about it. My only issue with this supplement is that it does not dissolve fully. It mixes great, yet doesn't dissolve, but I feel like that's what real green powder is suppose to do. Between every other sip, I have to shake my bottle or stir my glass to keep it from all settling to the bottom of my drink. My suggestion; throw a scoop of powder in with a very icy smoothie to keep the greens well distributed throughout. Overall I highly recommend this product. It tastes great, you can put it in anything, it makes you feel great, and it's honestly cheap. You can't get better than that. -TMI below Warning- - - - Drinking the Detox and Digest powder has cured my constipation, in an even better way than prunes ever did. It's made me regular, and with no struggle in the bathroom whatsoever.

I tried the Green Grass . It was bitter as compared to the other brand which I was using earlier . I had to mix it in moderation in my smoothie . I had reduced my blood sugar levels during the first week of consumption . However it came back to the regular level later on. I am currently consuming it only twice a week during late evening.
