if your closer to the bottom of the weight indicated on the pack by the size smaller or they are to big! But otherwise a great product

Great fit the only one I buy
The always brand is the most comfortable out of all I have tried great body fit not to tight around legs I take a 48 in pants and the 2xl are perfect fit for me now that I am on a water pill for a heart condition they have saved me more than one time

Heavily Scented and Perfumed - buyer beware
I previously contacted the company to make sure, but these are very heavily scented. The perfume that is used is almost like a tropical coconut scent. I have a sensitivity to perfumed products, especially anything in the intimate line or that sits close to one's nether regions. I purchased these after being told that this was unscented - not true! In fact these are HEAVILY scented. It's such a disappointment that this product, what it's designed for has been saturated with perfumes. I got these to assist with postpartum healing after birth but my hospital is scent free and these smell so strongly. Just beware that this IS a scented product.
