How do you do the Bottom teeth?

The same way. Just flipped over. Turn it downwards. For the mold boil it for like a second, turn it downwards and bite down.

Can you use these to eat with if you don’t want food to get stuck in between your teeth?

No, you can't eat with these in. It's too bulky to try and eat with it.
