What Cats Want: An Illustrated Guide for Truly Understanding Your Cat

Had very high hopes for this book but seriously disappointed. Mainly applies to indoor cats. Advice patchy and insubstantial and tbh I don't agree with much of the content. Cleaning teeth, cutting claws... really? Absolutely not. Actually potentially harmful to our felines. Probably better to use common sense than buy this book. PS I've bought hundreds of books and this is my first ever review.

Very quick delivery - I received this book after just a few days of ordering through international shipping :) It is a fun and informational read with great illustrations. I love being able to gain a better understanding to cats to ensure they be treated in the best way, and this book helps tremendously with that. It has also helped with my curiosity in these beautiful creatures.

Such a wonderfully entertaining book for any cat lover!Really it’s just a great light read with cute illustrations about cat behaviour from a top Japanese cat doctor!Got it half price - but if I paid full price I wouldn’t have regretted buying it!

This is one man's take on intertreping his cat! I am sure everyone has their own version as they listen to the cat 'talk' and explain away their actions. It is, however, very entertaining

Nine-year-old loved this book, and read it right through, telling everyone what he found out.
