They did meet my expectations still early to tell

This is better than tea and does the same job as the tea. You can not hurt yourself with this product as you can with the tea, and I do not like messing around with powder. So this is a good alternative to drinking the tea.

I have been taking this for a while and can honestly tell a difference in my joints!

I’m only 23 years old and have severe RA! With the abuse of medications in many areas, receiving something to ease the pain is out of the question. I’ve been suffering for a few years so horribly that somedays I couldn’t get out of my bed because my entire body becomes so stiff that I think I would crack and crumble into a million pieces. Every morning is the worst, especially in my hands. I get the “claw” look, unable to make even close to a closed fist, and have to sit holding a warm cup of coffee in my hands for a good hour to make them able to move. A friend of mine recommended I get turmeric AND ginger teas or to try to eat it raw. Personally, I cannot stand the taste of either and finally was able to find this supplement with BOTH! This is not a paid review of any sort. I’m posting my experience / opinion only because I’d like to help anyone else out there that may be suffering too. I’m not sure if other brands work as well, because this is the only I’ve tried, but I was amazed at how quickly a majority of my inflammation went down with my first dose! Tylenol / Advil / Alive, etc., can all be very damaging to the body and with the pain I endure, they barely ease any of it and are very destructive in large doses taken daily as I would need. That’s why I’m so happy I found this because not only is it natural but it works better than any over-the-counter pain reliever I’ve ever taken!
