Excellent headphone - could have been better
Due to the current COVID-19 situation I have been WFH for a few months now. I spend a significant time of the day in attending meetings and video calls. This jabra wireless headset is a blessing. Sound quality is awesome. I checked with many of my colleagues and they confirmed that my voice comes crystal clear during the meeting. Battery life is great - one full charge lasts through 6 hrs of continuous meetings (I have not tried beyond that so I cannot confirm whether it will last 8-10 hrs). Pairing is super easy - my windows laptop sensed the Jabra 370 headsets as I plugged in the USB dongle. Two areas could have been better (given the price range of the product) 1. I like to walk around sometimes and talk but I have received complaints that my voice is breaking off if I lose 'line of sight' between the headset and the USB dongle. This is not as powerful as the Apple AirPods which stays connected in amazing distance. You really have to be close to your laptop/computer so that others can get a clear voice of you. Note that you can still hear clearly of others - but others will hear a broken voice of you if you are away from your computer . 2. The noise cancellation feature is not at per with some of the high end headsets. Even my Apple AirPod Pro does a much intelligent/smart noise cancellation compared to this headset whose price is very close to Apple AirPods Pro. I get all ambient noises during the call and it distracts me. If noise cancellation is an important feature for you then this is not your headset.

They work well ...Until they break.
Ive purchased 2 pair of these head phones. I really like them. They are comfortable and work better than some if the others I have tried. The sound is crystal clear...not muffled at all and the range is good. They work well with Avaya. My only issue is that after normal use, they broke in the same place twice after a couple of months. I think I will try another brand this go round. Update... I have yet to find headphones with the clarity that these have. Guess I'll have to stick with these.

Mostly Awesome
Note that I'm using this mostly with Webex on a Win. 10 PC and via Bluetooth vs. the dongle that came with the device. Pros: Sound quality is great, both incoming and outgoing Pairing with my Windows 10 PC via built-in Bluetooth was easy Mute function works for me however Webex doesn't always detect (see below) Minor Cons: "Busy light" does not work for me at all - and when I turn it off manually, it comes back on by itself. Probably has to do with other apps that have access to the headset in the background. Also when I'm _not_ on a meeting and computer audio is not playing, headset makes 'bloodleoop' noises every min. or so - have no idea what this is supposed to indicate RE: mute function, the Webex setting to 'Sync mute button status on microphone device' does not always work. I've had experience where Webex says I'm not muted but headset says its muted. Be cautious :-)

Works great, excellent sound and mike quality
I have two of these for work. They are excellent. As long as you keep them charged the sound quality is superior. They are comfortable. The only time I've felt some discomfort is when I wear them nonstop for 8 hours during a remote deposition or meeting that goes all day. But there are adjustable, which helps. These are so good I bought a second pair to keep in my home office as well. The battery lasts a LONG time. Well worth the money.

Good device, mildly disappointing given price and "prestige"
The landscape for good-quality on/over-the-ear bluetooth headsets with an adjustable boom mic is not great. One would think with all the great stereo headsets, wired or wireless, someone would think to put on a boom mic and put an extra ring on the TRS connector. But it's not. The Evolve 65 US Stereo is pretty good. Pairing is easy. The buttons on the headset are easy to use. You charge it with USB and you can plug it in the PC with USB, too. But it's $200. The product is light in a non-reassuring way. Very plasticky. The boom mic is adjustable-ish. It feels like it will snap with more than a few millimeters back and forth. The conceit of magnetically attaching the mic to the headband when not in use fails under most circumstances. Like, if your head is bigger than a child's and you have to extend the ear cups out from the headband. Sound is pretty good from Bluetooth sources. Phone communication is actually really decent, and volume (which is often a killer with these things) is eminently usable. But it's $200. The nonsturdiness and non-stellar sound and so-so design make it seem like a $100 device at best, probably best gotten during a holiday sale for $69.99. The fact that so many other BT stereo headsets in the $50-$90 range seem like hobbyist 3D-printed trinkets and sound like a tin can on a string is the real bolster for this product. Maybe what I really want and need is the Jabra Evolve 80 UC except with BT instead of strictly a wired connection. And for about the $200 I paid for the Evolve 65.

Awesome for online demos and all day usage
Got these for Christmas 2018. I do online demos, sometimes a full 8-9 per day and I need to have a solid headset that has good sound quality, light-weight, and ease of use. This hits all those checkboxes. Someone else mentioned in their review that they are not good if you are doing a lot of movement -- agreed. If I have these on my head and go to bend over and pick something up, then tend to fall forward/off, so if you are looking for something that requires that type of movement while on the phone, keep on looking. However, I don't really do that -- I sit in front of my computer doing online demos and talking on the phone and they work perfectly. Due to the size and the fact that they don't 'cup' your ears, I wouldn't recommend as 'noise-cancelling' (I don't think they do advertise that way), but again, not my need/purpose. I LOVE that they are dual-paired with my iPhone and my MacBook, so I don't have to switch the bluetooth on/off to go from one device to the other. Overall - Highly Recommend.

So it did it's job (wireless headset)... but likely wouldn't buy again because of quality issues
I bought it because I wanted a wireless headset mainly for meetings - but also for watching videos and music. Overall - for voice - it has a decent sound - does the job and works well. The mic does a decent job - but it really has to be right up on your mouth to work well. Music/video was alright - it wasn't anything special. Also - the battery progressively got worse and worse at holding a charge.... especially when on standby. However, after owning for just almost 1.5 years - the ratcheted adjustment for head depth broke on one side.... causing it to not have the natural "stops" that prevent it from going up or down... but also this side panel pops off half way when I try to adjust it. I can pop it back in place - but the problem repeats itself. If this was a $50 pair of headphones - I wouldn't feel so bad... However, I spent $200 on this piece of gear - and I really expected it to be more durable. It is not worth $200 for a year and a half of use (and actually only really limited to a few hours a day - and it was well taken care of. So it was decent while it was not broken - but too expensive to break beyond repair within about 4 months of getting outside of the one year warranty. Jabra either needs to make their expensive gear far more durable - or they need to extend the warranty so people don't feel taken advantage of. At this point - I wouldn't buy another Jabra device... and I can be pretty forgiving on this stuff. It just cost too much to have to purchase another one a bit over a year after purchasing it. There are options at 1/2 the price that are minimally as durable.

Great Headset
For three years, I’ve used this headset all day every day with my work laptop via the wireless dongle and with my phone and iPad via bluetooth. It’s comfortable and the mic and speakers are still working like new. Even padding on the ears is holding up very well - virtually no degradation at all to any mechanical/physical component. The fit is very comfortable. Although they’re pricey, I am very happy with them.

Leve, confortável e bom...
Comprei este headset para minha esposa que trabalha diariamente cerca de 6 horas em reuniões on-line. Ela só fez elogios ao produto.

Fell apart
I was kind of happy with this, but the headset got looser and looser on my head, I have only had it three months, then tonight the ear part just fell off.............. just like that. So NOOOOOO i wouldn't recommend these at all.

Also habe ich einfach Internetradio damit gehört. Also volle Punktzahl in allen Kategorien.
