How do you seal these markers onto the fabric once you're finished with them?

How do you set with hot iron? Does that just mean to iron it after it dries when you put it on fabric?

How many washings will it last?

Zero washes! Completely runs with any water!

How do these work for signing cotton onesies? Anyone used them for that?

I used them for onesies and bibs they worked great! The only issues I had with these markers was some were dry when we got them, some tips were shoved up in the pen and some were evening bleeding. So just be aware of that factors.

can these be used to cover up bleach stains on a black hoodie?

I used these on two black hoodies with bleach spots, but the black of the pens was darker than the sort of faded black of the sweatshirt. The white spots are now just black spots. I'm hoping after a bunch of washes, it'll fade and not be so noticeable.
