Chalky taste my kid won't take it
I bought these after reviewing many for my 11 yo with anxiety and sleep issues. It costs a lot less than the gummy type but unfortunately, my daughter could not stand the taste or chalkiness.

Have been using these for years and love them. I assume they are effective. They dont give energy, but I do believe they have improved my children's sleep quality over the years. Value for money is on point. Children say they taste good, so no complaints there.

I brought these for my daughter to help with bowel movements. They seem to be helping and she loves the taste ( like a cherry lolly!)

I bought these for my sons constipation and not so sure they worked for this but he definitely sleeps better with them. He wakes up more alert and gets out of bed easier when he takes them.
