This box can be used outdoors, it is protected against rain and weather?

There is no door gasket so it might leak depending on placement but I don’t see any reason why it couldn’t be used outside but it may rust over time

Is the bud industries jb-3960 sheet metal box smooth metal or does it have knockouts? the picture and tech drawing do not show show any knockouts.

Does not come with any knockouts of any size.
