I measured at 10 inches even on my left foot. I usually wear a size 10 medium. Which size do you recommend please?

Are these waterproof or water resistant..its says water proof and water resistant...which one?

My son- in- law says they are waterproof. His feet have not been wet at all! Now with that said, he has not stood for long lengths of time in a puddle or a swamp. But I feel sure if the lining that sticks out a bit at the top gets water on it, it would seep into the boot and get wet. Other than that they would stay dry! Resistant because the material repels the water and you can walk through a puddle and stay dry! Therefore waterproof. Hope this helps!

My go to size is 11w how are these on width

I think they fit well. I have a bit of a wider foot and honestly these boots are the most comfortable I have bought in a while, even with thick winter socks.
