I purchased this pull up bar as a gift to my husband, so I'm not really well verse as to what aspects I need to check before purchasing it. I read the reviews that it has good grips, is sturdy, and you could use it on the floor for push ups, etc. That encouraged me to purchase this product. It was assembled already and you just need to open the hooks and put it on your door frame or use it on the floor. Hubby only tried it on the floor but not on our door frame. The upper trim of our door is too wide (4.5 inches) that we couldn't even hook it up. Hubby is looking for ways to screw something on our door frame just to use it. If it doesn't work, we will return the product. Before purchasing it, I looked up the measurement guide and measured our door. Bought it because I thought it would be a perfect fit. But when we tried it, it doesn't fit. I missed the measurement of the upper trim. If you look again at their measurement guide, the upper trim should be 3.54 inches max. It was written on a very small font that I overlooked it. We will work something out and our last option is to return it.

No assembly required, very sturdy. Glad I spent a little more and chose this one over a cheaper in-store one! I also love that it folds flat for easy storage and can be used on the ground for other exercises.

Great pull up bar! Very sturdy and easy to set up. Grips are comfy and the resistance bands are a nice touch. Doesn’t fit large door frames in older houses, grip is a little wide for smaller frames (I wrapped sports tape between the two grip placements for a happy medium) and doesn’t have peg grips or whatever they’re called. Very good but not a perfect product

This pull up bar is very easy to put together. So easy in fact there's no assembly required! Lol. I expected to have to put it together, but to my surprise all I had to do was pull it out of the box and unfold it. I only weigh 140 lbs so it's more than sufficient to hold my weight.

Love it. Multifunctional. Can work out my back, my triceps, my biceps and more. Easy to use. Fit my door perfectly.

Sturdy, easy to put up, adjusts to wide or narrow doorways, folds flat for storage. I’m impressed with the quality. Better than a previous pull up bar I’d bought for similar price. I highly recommend this product.
