This is a great story that leads into a brilliant series! This pictures are excellent and the story is fun. The kids can join in with parts once it’s been read before and can add lots of extra ideas using the illustrations! Highly recommend for any kids up to 7!!

Albie is one of the favourites in our ever growing home library. He is in a series of stories by Hart in which he travels through various times and has wonderfully imaginative experiences. The end of each book usually hints at the theme of the next story - which my son found fascinating. In this particular book, Albie travels to the time of the knights and dragons. The illustrations are always on point, full of detail and adding to the adventure unfolding on each page. I would absolutely recommend this book - and all the others by Hart & Eaves

Another excellent Albie book - good fun to read, large format pages and very well illustrated to capture a small child's imagination. My 4 year old son loves this book.
