Is the interior of the pot raw cast iron or is it ceramic/coated? Worried about cleaning if it is raw cast iron

It is coated just like the outside - no raw iron.

What product do you use to heat the fondue?

You can buy fondue gel fuel and fill the alcohol burner or you can remove the alcohol burner and use Sterno canned fuel. Hardware stores and many grocery stores carry it (or buy it from Amazon). If you want a very low heat like to keep chocolate warm you can use the little tea light candles. Lots of options. I’ve had many different fondue pots over the years. This one is very nice and heavy duty. I bought it in white.

Is it possible to cook meat and seafood in it?

Yes. It’s heavy cast iron. But it may be difficult to control the temperature of the oil. I’ve found electric fondue pots to be much better for cooking meats and seafood in hot oil as you can set the temperature for a consistent heat.
