I’m really happy with the Rimmel London Scandaleyes Exaggerate Eye Definer in Intense Black. The colour is rich and dark, making it easy to create a defined, dramatic eye look.The pencil glides on smoothly and is easy to apply, whether you want a precise line or a softer, smudged effect. It’s also a handy size to keep in a makeup bag for quick touch-ups during the day.I particularly like how intense the black shade looks without needing to apply lots of product. It’s versatile enough for everyday makeup as well as a more dramatic evening look.Overall, a great affordable eyeliner that’s easy to use and gives a bold, defined finish. I’d happily buy it again.

Really good eyeliner, precise tip and easy to apply, doesn’t smudge or wear off.

Love this eyeliner. Easy to glide on, to smudge and blend. No dragging. Stays on all day if you don't touch it until you wash it off at night. Wish it had a sharpener and a smudger at the other end if the tip but it doesn't, so I have removed one star. I would definitely buy this again even without it.

This has got to be the best eye pencil I have ever had. I use it on the waterline and it stays put all day long! Highly pigmented so run it around your eyes once and you’re done. Precision point thus simple to apply. Very easy on the eye with no transfer onto my contact lenses. I love it!

Whats not to love about a Rimmel eye brush , it goes on with ease and prices so low

I really loved the pigment in this eyeliner, worked wonderful on my eyelids and blended nicely with eyeshadow! However, when I wore it near the corners, or on my waterline, it often smudged and would come off within the hour, even with a powder and setting spray. Alongside the fact that it can be somewhat difficult to apply because of the lack of sharp tip, I can’t give this product a very glowing review.Overall, this was a very average eyeliner and its low price was likely a sacrifice for a better product. If you’re on a budget or need an alright eyeliner in a pinch though, this isn’t a bad place to start.

This is one of the best eyeliner pens I've used and I've been using it for quite a few years. Its soft and easy to use for precise eye definition. Twist up as much or little as you need. Leaves my eyes lined for most of the day without bleeding under my eyes like some I've tried before. I love the dark sultry look it gives my eyes.
