Love the lathering experience of this face wash but unfortunately it arrived half empty. There was no leakage inside the shipping box so it means that the bottle was half empty in the 1st place when it got shipped.

This is a staple cleanser for me. My dermatologist recommended it years ago and I’ve been using it ever since. I rub it on my damp face until it turns into a foam and rinse off. I have problematic skin and like to try different products. I’ve tried double cleansing like the Korean TikTok’s suggest. On those occasions, I use this as the second. It has no smell. It doesn’t dry my skin or aggravate my acne. It has a sturdy pump and lasts a while. It’s a must have to my beauty regimen.

This clogs up every use, so you need to clean nozzle with a tooth pick. It's very thick and hard to dispense with plunger. It smells like sweet violets- odd. It doesn't foam. It strips skin of oil so you feel dry. Awful product
