Delicious, high quality syrups!
These syrups are high quality and delicious. I'm surprised that the sugar content isn't as high as I though it would be based on how it taste (a very pleasant surprise). So far I've added this to my matcha lattes and sparkling wine, and they work wonderfully in both.

Adds great flavor to a cocktail or mocktail
I like to create crafted cocktails and I received a sample from a friend and created some great flavored cocktails with it and searched and ordered a bigger bottle. Also works great for mocktails too.

Tasty Tonic
I love this as a more flowery alternative to expensive brands like Fever Tree and Q Tonic. Nice that you can use as much or little as you like for sweetness. Be warned, it does taste more floral as it has rose, etc. in it (than simple quinine-based tonics); an acquired taste. Also, it tinges your drink pink, which my wife enjoys.

Delicious Hibiscus-Cardamon Mixer
Love hibiscus-flavored drinks so I took a chance on this product during Amazon Prime days. I wasn't disappointed. I mix it with plain seltzer, add ice and a quarter piece of fresh lime. Makes a great refreshing, satisfying drink especially on a warm day. Can't wait to try their other products. Good value for the money and arrived in a sturdy cardboard box.

A bit too cough syrupy for me
The taste is a bit too much like cough syrup for me. Funny enough, it actually reminds me of the artificial red dyed liquid that's in those Queen Anne "cordial" cherry chocolates. To me, it didn't have a very pronounced rose flavor either. I love the all natural ingredients, but I'm wondering if they're just too subtle in their unadulterated natural state to really deliver a clear flavor. I'm just gonna go back to my monin artificial flavor rose because it, ironically enough, smells and taste more like a rose than this cordial with actual rose hips in it. And it a lot less expensive.

Neither Fever nor Schweppes
This makes a nice, flowery drink and while according to Webster it is "a tonic", it's not what most of us consider "the tonic" in the G&T world. Like many, I consider Fever Tree and Schweppes the goto choices in two different styles. I doubt Rose City will protect against malaria so if you're looking for quinine in a classical G&T, then keep looking. I've been comparing the major tonic syrup brands since the 2024 G&T season started. So far Rose City comes in a distant fourth. Cost per serving seems a little high compared with the other popular brands on Amazon.

Not very strong
It’s tasty for sure, but I was hoping it would have a more strong rose flavor. It’s mostly just sweetness. If it had more rose it would last longer. I’ll just have to put it to different uses than my original plan. It’s still great
