There are pieces missing in my puzzle, i just put it together, now what do i do

Did you buy it New or Used? You can contact the seller that you purchased from and have them send you the replacement pieces or return the puzzle as defective for a refund. It does happen that the manufacturer may have made an error and most puzzle companies will make it right.

Does it include 1:1 size poster to help solving the puzzle?

It's not 1:1, but it's bigger and clearer than the box top. I find it very helpful. Maybe 1/2 to 3/4:1?

Are these puzzles black light reactive?

As I don’t have a black Light in my house, I don’t know but I can’t imagine this puzzle would glow under one.

Are the pieces on the larger side?

They seem to be. I recently found a 1,000 piece, not Buffalo, that advertised on the box they were larger. Very cool for that big of puzzle. It was "Reader's Paradise" by White Mountain. They didn't have a picture of it in the box to unfold (only the box top for a guide), but it was (is) a very fun puzzle. It's almost done!
