Things are so different today but I want to say that this brush and long handle is the very best to scrub away any flat surface in or outside the home.Your pale with your favorite cleaning compound and this product is the answer to tough jobs made easy, provided you learn to use it as the old seamen did.Side to side, not forward and back.You get much more benefit with much less labor.Yeah, I liked it so much I bough another.Train

First, the photo shows what appears to be a metal or plastic handle, or a painted handle. Not what I received. Unpainted wooden handle. Not what I wanted. Second, this is a very small brush. Third, the bristles look soft in the photo, and calling it a carpet cleaning brush means to me some softness in order to not drag on the short pile and to not damage the fibers or the weave. But no, this is very stiff. I can not push it across a Persian rug , for example. I expect some resistance, but not velcro-like.Finally, I found a similar brush with a metal handle in my local hardware store for $8.95. To think that I ordered this on-line thinking "best price and no driving to the store", only to pay $23 instead of $9. Live and learn.

Wow - terrible quality. Just lifting it out of the box it arrived in, the bristles were falling out of the holes! Two holes were completely empty on arrival (that is, all the bristles had already fallen out of them before they even shipped it!) This is going back immediately - I guess I'll just pick one up at a local hardware store. This item should not even be sold on Amazon - it's trash.

I'm old and can't reach the floor the handled is just what I need to scrub the carpet!

It's a brush. A nice brush, but a brush nonetheless. It can double as a broom, but it's brush iteration is its best. I'll never give 5 stars to a floor brush, so 4 is the new 5 in Brushland.
