Cotton top sheet, soft but it doesn't keep you completely dry
Pros: soft actual cotton top sheet, comfortable, breathable, longer than other "long" pads, the double wings on each side helps the pad stay in place. Cons: due to the cotton top sheet the moisture is not fully pulled away from the skin
