I was honestly surprised by how quickly this worked. I used Clearasil Rapid Rescue Deep Treatment once and noticed a visible reduction in redness by the next day. My skin looked calmer and more even, especially in areas where I usually have lingering irritation rather than active breakouts.The formula feels strong but not harsh. It has a nice thick texture and pleasant light scent. It goes on smoothly, absorbs quickly, and didn’t leave my skin dry or tight. I have combination, somewhat sensitive skin, and I didn’t experience stinging or peeling, which I’ve had with other salicylic acid treatments.This worked especially well for calming inflammation and redness rather than just drying out spots. It’s a great option if your acne shows up more as irritation, redness, or under-the-skin congestion instead of constant whiteheads. I posted a picture from day 1 and day 2 of using this product and you can see a slight difference in redness (the lighting changed so it’s a little tricky to tell though).I wouldn’t say it’s an overnight miracle for every breakout, but for calming skin fast and helping it look clearer within a day, this definitely delivered for me. I feel it’s an extremely effective cleanser. I’ll be keeping this on hand for flare-ups.
