How does this compare to the pca line and pore minimizer product? i'm looking for a less costly replacement.

I can only tell you that I LOVE It!! It must minimize your pores because my face seems so toned and moisturized without any greasy feel either.

Will this change an older face? I'm past the part of keeping things from happening.

It definitely helps, everybody noticed a change on my face when I started to use it. They said I had glow and I looked younger. The key of any beauty regimen is to keep consistent instead of trying different things for a quick fix.

What percentage of peptides?

There are no peptides of the sort you might be looking for in this product. This product contains many amino acids which are produced in your skin already, so this gives a boost in that regard.. But I'd only call out those acids as peptides if I were trying to attract a certain buyer. There aren't the type of peptides normally called out on skincare products as peptides for anti-aging effect. On the other hand, there seems to be a terrific number of humactants alongside the amino acids in this product so it's great for your skin - especially if its dry or dull. So basically, this is a moisturing serum.
