Incredible 3 exercise apparatus - using body weight alone (or with bands for added resistance). 1. Sissy squat has a threaded clamp, to keep your feet secure on the base - effective and adjustable. 2. Hyperextension targets lower back and hamstrings. Note there are 2 angles for this movement. 3. Sit-up function allows for a good range of motion over the back edge of the bench. Simple to assemble with a single bolt, nut and washer. Wheels at the front means you can move it one handed. When selecting the angle (3 available), note the pin is designed to fit through the sleeve, and not just rest on it. This piece is a great complement to a dip/ pull-up/ push-up station - all muscle groups are covered.

Works really poorly for back extensions for someone who is 181cm like me.

I was pleasantly surprised by this piece of equipment. First, it came well protected in the box. It was essentially fully assembled. Then I was impressed with the quality of construction. Pretty solid even for use by a 240lb guy. I did tighten one bolt to remove some side to side play. That took 60 seconds! The hyperextension feature is only adequate. The pad does not extend high enough for a 6ft user and the angle is too steep. But the primary function is as a sissy squat. For this it works just fine. The pads and rollers are well padded and use decent upholstery. This folds quickly for stand-up storage. While not a commercial level piece, it is an excellent option for a home gym. 5 stars for function and value.

Solid piece of equipment. It was a lot longer than I anticipated, but it's easily folded and put away. Not good for back extensions, but excellent for sissy squats and targeting the quads.
