If anything, it confirms you're getting the real deal. Yes, some may prefer runny honey, and that’s perfectly fine but it’s important to realize that factors like weather, floral sources, and storage conditions influence texture, and these are not things any honest company can (or should) manipulate to create a uniform product. If you're new to raw honey, I’d encourage you to educate yourself before leaving negative reviews about natural processes. Quality honey isn't candy syrup -it's a living product that varies with nature, and that's what makes it so special. Highly recommended if you value authentic, raw, and truly delicious honey. First time I bought this and I really like it. Don't usually buy runny honey but this was a great purchase. Lovely flavour. Will also use for fermenting garlic. Well packaged and great value.

I have this delivered every month, its used as a replacement for sugar in Tea as well as the odd spoonful on pancakes etc and used in baking recipes by the missus. Love the taste & purity, quality is top notch. It can crystallise in colder temperatures but that is just what Honey does. Lovely texture and thickness.

This a beautiful raw natural runny honey, really bright taste. Excellent on my Greek yogurt or drizzle over oats.

My honey arrived badly crystallised, not the best start. I love honey and was looking forward to tasting this lovely looking honey. Started to taste and the honey was like putting a teaspoon full of sugar it was so sweet, thought it might be just me but my wife found it too sweet to use. Bought the large one so should be OK for cooking etc but had to purchase a different one to be able to use without making your tongue tingle and give you a headache as it's like eating sugar.

Très belle découverte. C’est un miel très sombre avec une texture assez épaisse et surtout un goût vraiment intense, presque boisé et légèrement caramélisé. Rien à voir avec les miels classiques beaucoup plus sucrés qu’on trouve en supermarché. On sent que c’est un miel brut et naturel. Il a beaucoup de caractère, donc il faut aimer les miels forts (miel de forêt / chêne). Personnellement je le prends souvent le matin sur du pain ou dans une tisane. Le pot dure assez longtemps car il en faut peu pour avoir du goût. Très satisfait de la qualité, je recommanderai.
