Huh?
Though this book wasn't what I thought it would be - short stories of some kind and romance of the stars - it was very interesting on it's own. Love - what's the stars got to do with it? Read it - find out..... LOL

I love this book
I love this book. The Fifth House is fascinating territory—play and creativity, romance and lightning-bolt encounters with interesting strangers. Jessica does a great job of exploring the karmic underpinnings of the Fifth House. I have a packed Fifth House in my natal chart and many short-term, close relationships in my life. Jessica’s book has given me a new way of thinking about and understanding those relationships, both existing and long gone. I especially like the section entitled “The Clarity of Hindsight,” which sets forth thought-provoking questions to help find the gifts bestowed by these magical, though often fleeting, connections. What wise and uplifting advice!I would also comment that I love the format of this book (I ordered the hardcopy). It is a slim, perfectly-sized volume with beautiful artwork on the cover and elegant, readable text. I can envision a complete set of these in my astrological library!

Gave me permission & ease
I love this book. Jessica's insights helped me to ease up on myself after lots of grief over relationships that had gone "wrong". Now I can appreciate the temporary nature of past and future relationships and when someone show up in my sphere, I look for signs that this is a karmic connection and if so, what is it here to teach me? Jessica writes in an easy style but with authority. I recommend this book highly, especially to anyone who has had more relationships than they think they "should" have had. It will enlighten you!

It is one book I will continue to use in the future. It was an enjoyable read compared to other astrology writers styles. I liked the idea of momentary mates and can acceptable and relate to it.

This was extremely informative about the fifth house in a way that most astrology books only address on a surface level. Very good for both the hobby astrologer and those who are making in-depth studies. It's one of those books that, by examining a single element of the chart, helps you see how the larger picture fits together. So glad I bought it!
