I tried this but got so overwhelmed. If you've got a bit of an 'all or nothing' brain, I'd avoid it. If you can be rational about these things, it probably could help you.

Get yourself back on track!
Really motivating little book of support! Simple to use, and great for those of us that like a tick box checklist to monitor our progress, without becoming dejected by missing a box sometimes! Brilliant!

very dissapointed as the book can be read in 20 mins and loads of blank pages
