Easiest repair ever
Having no washers when in the desert is not a good thing. The pump is very simple to install, and as long as the reservoir isn’t damaged, it will absolutely fix your washer issues. Some varying sizes of hose will help with the installation, as the pump is a press fit, it sits in a grommet that is installed in the tank, simply push the pump into the grommet, and I recommend new grommet as the old one will be dried out and the fit won’t be as good. The hoses are short and if they are old and cracked, simply replace them with new ones, all are very short, and I managed to get one to slip over the other making a tight leak free seal. The wiper washers will work like new, and the headlight washers also will work better.

Perfect fit for my 2011 Mercedes sprinter 3500
My mechanic told me my windshield wiper pump was “weak“. He wanted an exorbitant amount of money to replace. I figured how hard could it be? Turns out it was quite simple. Two torque bolts to remove the reservoir, all the penetrations from the reservoir to the hose are easily slide in and out, once the reservoirs unbolted lifted it out pulled out the pump, swapped it out. Slapped it all back together. Works perfect now. I used to do all my mechanical work, but now 99% I have my mechanic do. But this one was an easy DIY.

Perfect fit and solved the no water issue.
Perfect fit for my 2001 BMW X5 and solved the no water issue. Getting the old connector off was the most difficult part of this job. BMW also didn’t make the connector cable long enough to help removing the connector. I am a DIY weekend handyman and an electronics engineer so I know my connectors and this one is way over engineered for a car. Maybe some other higher vibration application I would think about using this type of connector. Go figure it’s a German car. I decided to keep the old rubber seal that the pump inserts into because the old seal comes with a built-in filter but the new one provided with the pump does not have a built-in filter. This is why I lowered my rating to four stars. If the old seal was crack or leaking I would have replaced it even without the filter.

Fantastic savings, you can do it!
Exactly as the original! I am 70, and I was able to do it in about 45 minutes. Getting the tire on and off was half the work. Works perfectly at a much lower price.

Incomplete delivery, missing parts shown in the pictures.
Product didn’t arrive complete, only came with the pump, without the grommet shown in the pictures. Have to buy the grommet separately, waste of time when i needed it to arrive asap.
