depends on how old the item isI have and brought one in shop with the teeth painted (Also got one without paint ), i believe the ones without teeth painted are first edition release So if teeth are "not" painted it could very well become a collectors piece in the future. seeing all of these in shops, now seem to have painted teeth. :P

They are about the size of the ones with brushable hair.
