Heat the neck wrap in the microwave & use the handles to tie around my neck. Or sometimes I use it on my back in a U shape with the bottom of the U on my lower back & the “arms” going up on either side of my back. It is soothing for both my neck or my back!

Love the feel and lavender scent. Just wish it had more stuffing. Stuffing tends to gather at ends so when I wear it around my neck there is almost nothing behind my neck. All falls to ends.

Received this item and I love it! I had gotten one several years ago and finally decided to order another one. The smell is great not overwhelming and it keeps the heat in for a bit. Definitely helps with my neck and shoulders to relieve the pain.

Item helped my stiff neck. 2 minutes in the microwave and I stand relief. The scent is a little strong, but not too bad, others are far stronger
