Can i plug in directly to usb port and not to the fast charge adapter?

For the model Honda CRV 2019, there’s only one option for convection, and it’s not the fast USB adapter.

Can this work for crv 2021?

Since the pictures clearly show a NO for the 2020 my guess is a no for the 2021

Will it work with android auto while charging on this?

If the model year of your CR-V's entertainment system is similar to our 2022 CR-V EX, then its irrelevant. To connect to Android Auto in our '22, you have to connect a USB cable to your phone, which also charges the phone. If a phone is receiving power over USB, it'll ignore the wireless charger all together. It won't HURT your phone if it's sitting on the wireless charger while plugged in via USB, but the wireless charger won't be charging your phone, the cable will.

Does this work with iPhone 13 Pro Max?

It's possible. If it fits in the holder it should work .
