do these allow you to do text messaging??? my brothers got a pair that allows im looking for them i know there aftershokz just dont know which ones

They have a microphone so if you’re doing voice to text and using a built in tool (like Siri or Ok Google or the built in dictation) on your phone that would work, but there’s no built in texting feature that I’m aware of. You’d still have to press the button on your phone to start that feature.
