No conocía este condimento hasta que lo vi en una receta y lo compré sin saber que tal estaba y ohh sorpresa!! DELICIOSOOOO la verdad está muy bueno en cuanto a sabor y precio, yo lo estoy utilizando en la preparación de camarones y pescado y quedan deliciosoooosss!!! Para chuparse los dedos!!!

I use lots of Badia spice mixes and this is one of my favorites. It has a great aroma that is maintained through the cooking process. The flavor is authentic for creole dishes like etouffee. The spice level is good, just the right amount of heat.
