Sturdy and great tool for a variety of upper arm exercises
Exactly as pictured and sturdy! The cushions are exactly what you need to have a good grip. Just donโt expect to do any massive swings on it of course haha. Easy to remove that even my noodle arms can do it safely. It comes with arm bands so you can do a variety of exercises with it.

Finally a superb Pull Up Bar!!!
I've tried many pull up door frame bars and this is easily quite the best one by far. Rock solid, doesn't budge and took mere minutes to figure out how to setup. It even just barely fits my 40 inch wide door frame, although I wouldn't generally recommend that. Standard 36 inch door will work perfectly. Now I can finally get to work doing dead hangs and scapular pull ups to begin healing my shoulders. This also came with good quality straps to connect and do body weight exercises as an added bonus. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

While it felt cheaply made, the pull up bar has held up solidly for many years now.
Not going to lie, when I bought the pull up bar, I was a little afraid because it felt cheap to me. I have been using it weekly for a few years now, and it has held up surprisingly well. It is a little wide for most door frames (though I do live in a 1960 ranch with entry ways that often feel narrow to me, but the pull up bar has been a good one to me.
