I’m a guy trying to learn lol. My hair’s fine & wavy, use the defining cream for curls but still frizz. Advice for which one when my hair’s drying?

I have had frizzy hair for years. My mom tried different creams, towels, tools, etc and none helped. I'm 30 now and I use the mousse with my t-shirt hair towel (Seller, "BlessingsBySurprise" on Etsy makes them). My hair is finally not frizzy. The microfiber towels can actually damage your hair, unless you sit there and scrunch until your arms give out. I prefer to leave my hair up for a bit until it's just damp, so I use the t-shirt hair towel to wrap it up until that point. It keeps it curly by twisting and keeping it up. Then, I use enough mousse to cover my hair and scrunch for a few minutes. Now, I wash my hair weekly (daily can hurt your hair, after a long period of time, and then, if you skip a day, it gets super oily so you have to continue washing daily). Throughout the week, if I lose my curls (thanks to high humidity in Mississippi....) then I will use the cream or spray to get the curls back.

difference between using the mousse vs the cream?

The cream has a very soft hold and is more moisturizing (I've found). The mouse has a very light hold, but it also a lighter product. If you have thick, course, or tightly curled or coily hair, I'd use the cream. If you have looser curls, finer hair, or have issues with heavy products/low volume, I'd use the mouse. Love it!! I have wavy hair that can be pretty curly when it wants to be. I put some of this in when wet and let it air dry and omg my hair is so shiny!! There’s zero crunchiness and my hair feels and looks so soft. Product also smells good. Normally it would be frizzy and sticking out. I’m so happy I discovered this- now I can feel confident driving to work with set hair knowing it won’t be a frizzy mess when I get there lol.
