works great...keeps you warm
worked great...we went hiking Mount Haleakala this summer and the cabins we were in didn't have the best insulation...outside temps mid 30's to 40's...everyone else hiked in with huge sleeping bags I took this little bivvy the size of a soda can the scout master didn't think it would be enough so I tested it in the walking freezer at Costco...temp 40 degrees and it was nice and toasty inside...thats me in the picture I am 5'10" 160 pounds I was wearing a tee shirt and shorts in that picture...all I wore up there was Nike Thermo pants and Nike Thermo long sleeve shirt and a Merino wool cap along with the bivvy at night...never got cold once...because this is the "Lite" there isn't a zipper to get in and out and there is a small tear now on the top...I think next time I am going to get the model with the zipper

Great item
Comes packed about the size of a soda can. Wont let water in but will evacuate moisture and reflect some body heat, which makes me think it could come in handy if you need to mummify someone.
