SPAMstastic Slicer V1

I could not get my Spam slices thin enough even though the can was well chilled and I had a steady hand! Then I remembered this mandoline and flipped to the thinnest cut choice and perfection ....20+ slices about an 1/8" thick; flash frozen in 1 1/2 hours & vacuum sealed and therefore easy individual/uniform slices when I wanted. Like the blade cover for storage.....getting older and not as attentive to my hand placement. :)
