Are these bags compatible with the older model bins? I can't seem to find the blue bags at stores anymore.

Yes they fit the same, they are just stinky (like a string dollar store lavender scent) and fewer count.

Is there an unscented version?

I got I scented bags and I don't smell it at all. My husband says he can barely smell it when he pulls the full bag out. I don't know if there is unscented options. I hope this helps.

yup it works with the Munchkin diaper pail. it does NOT work with the Diaper Genie version however... i have seen it marketed that it does, but it does not fit exactly the correct way and the top will keep popping open... This is MADE FOR using in the Munchkin diaper pail with Arm and Hammer
