What percent retinol does it have?

I spoke with a rep from MyChelle and she told me that this contains 1% retinal. I asked specifically if she meant .1%, because I have seen that elsewhere, and she said no, 1%. So that's the story there. I believe that for retinol, the strongest an OTC preparation can be is 2%, but I don't know what the limit is for retinal. If someone wants to chime in with that info, that would be great.

Is this product supposed to be sticky?

When I apply it at night, I allow it to absorb for about 20 or 30 minutes before I apply anything else. It does appear a little "tacky" even after I allow it to absorb on my skin, so I don't know if it is supposed to be that way, but it is for me also.

What percent of retinal is in this serum? This may be a question for the seller since it does not look like this information is on the package.

The Mychelle website doesn't contain Q&A section. The strongest formulation of Retinal is 0.1%, per dermatologist video I saw. Strength of the formulation is different from % of the formulation compared w/other ingredient amounts. If this were 0.1%, the bottle itself or its box would clearly state that, since that's a big selling point. Other products I've researched state on packaging that their Retinal formulation is 0.1%. Retinal also comes in .05% and less. There is no 2% Retinal formulation, but there can be 2% of the Retinal as being the amount of the Retinal compared with how much of the other ingredients there are.
