Is the material stretchy?

The material is not stretchy. It has fit my 12 year old granddaughter very well, in her shoulders, hips and total length, but is loose at her bust, as expected. Since she is still growing, it won't fit much longer.

Will a 6XL fit these measurements? 44-43-45. Thanks.
