The hard liner in my cooler cracked and now leaks. Can I buy a replacement liner?

I know this is far after the fact, but when I have any problem with tears, leaks, rips or cracks I use E-6000 glue for the repair. I use it on everything.... Work boots and even on patches for my husband's work jeans. It holds up in the wash, dryer and even winter weather when I use it on outside repairs.

This cooler lack of any kind of a handle,how should I pick it up without using the shoulder strap?

It is a wrong design, without using the shoulder straps you have to hold it with two hands. I will switch to other portable cooler, such as the Scothen double decker cooler backpack, which can be used both as a chic tote and a hands-free backpack.

I recently bought this cooler and I thought it came with a tray. Mine did not come with a tray, did I order it wrong?

Yes, have used on beach in sun 90F 5 hours opening several times per hour, then put in car for 3 more hours. Lots of ice still left. I was impressed. Bought a second larger one.
