Ordered these for relief from my symptoms. It really helps me avoid as long of flares and helps reduce acid. It is a good size bottle. I take 3 with high acid containing foods and drink and 2 with moderate. I have been taking them a few weeks and have noticed a difference. I highly recommend if you suffer from ic or bad heart burn.

Get an OATS test if you are taking these every time you eat because they make your feel better. Yes they also work for interstitial cystitis. But the conundrum here is that calcium pills are also indicated as a binder for oxalates. People who cannot process oxalate, have symptoms that mimic interstitial cystitis because the oxalates cut up the kidneys and ureters. The symptoms are microscopic red blood in the urine all the time, you can't see it but it's in the readout, but the absence of an infection, and you can visibly see shreds of the tissue that has been dug up by the crystals, in your urine. They cause you to have urgency, urethra and bladder pain, ureter end kidney pain. And if pepper knew the rate at such this is misdiagnosed as interstitial cystitis they would be sick. I spent 20 years having cystoscopies and being told I am fine they cannot figure out why this blood is there or why prelief helps. The last 3 years I've done buying but research, had an OATS tests, and my oxalates were through the roof. So this medication works, that's the point, and it works good. Without it I would be in a lot of pain still.
