Organic Anti Itch and Rash Cream for Dry Cracked Skin and Nourishing Cream - Hydrating Itchy Skin for Adults - for Eczema Prone Area (4oz)

My sister recommended this cream, and uses it for skin dryness, burns, and other conditions. I bought some for my husband who has very thin, dry, itchy, scaly skin on his arms. After a week or so of use, I noticed that the condition of his arms has improved dramatically.

Today I'm starting Week 5 of this shingles hell. If you have this horrible condition, or have had it, no words are needed to describe how excruciatingly painful this is and debilitating. The pain is constant, the itching unbearable. I have shingles on my right front and back torso. It robs you of your life for a whole block of time. Sought medical treatment the day the rash appeared. Dr gave me prescription for Valtrex, 5% Lidocaine and told me to take Advil. On Week 2, I sought the prescription they offered for 800 mg ibuprofen, took for four days and then broke out with a ghastly case of hives over the blistery shingles. I will never forget that week! Hives resolved with copious amounts of Benadryl, then was just left with the shingles rash. Tried everything to get some relief, lidocaine offered initial relief but then became irritating. Then, capzasin (made me see stars!), calamine lotion, lidocaine creme and roll-on, oatmeal baths, Uber Numb, several itch cremes, Benadryl gel. Then went on to home remedies, Virgin coconut oil (internal and topically), Turmeric tea and tea tree oil. Had great hopes for Bee Propolis mending salve....nothing. Finally found DermaChange Shingles Relief Cream....wish I could say like another reviewer that it gave me immediate relief, which is reason for only 4 stars. It is Day 3 using this DermaChange cream....easy and soothing to put on; relieves itch and pain for about a few hours. Then I'm back to tingling and pain until I put it on again. I must say that when I put it on, I get the most relief I've had than any of the above remedies, prescription or otherwise. I still cannot wear any shirts bc fabric irritates the front and back torso. I will continue to use this cream since it is the most soothing thing I've used thus far.

I've had shingles twice. The first time I after the sores healed I was left with nerve pain in my right shoulder. The dr told me there really wasn't anything that could be done for it. A couple of years later the shingles came back, plus I tore the rotator cuff in my left shoulder. I was miserable. My sister insisted I buy Organic Shingles Symptoms Relief Cream (she's a bit bossy.) I used a spatula and applied it to both shoulder and my back several times a day, very liberally, not expecting it to work. About three days after I started using it I woke up in the middle of the night and my right shoulder didn't hurt. Honestly, I was afraid to move in case the pain started up again. It didn't. The cream worked on the shoulder with nerve pain and I when the shingles healed up the second time I didn't have any additional nerve pain. The cream did not help with the torn rotator cuff, but then it doesn't claim to do that. I tried to stop using the cream, but the pain comes back when I quite. After the shingles healed up I only need to use the cream once a day to stop the nerve pain, except when I stopped using it and the pain came back. Then I had to use it several times a time before the pain went away. Once the pain stopped I was able to go back to using it once a day. One thing I would suggest it to use a lot of it at first. Another person told me that it wasn't working for them and I found out they were using it sparingly so that it would last. After the shingles are healed and the pain stops you don't need to use as much.

My mother got shingles this summer. She didn't have a horrible case of it but what she had was very painful to witness and I was deeply concerned and eager to find something to help her. She also has severe asthma so I have to be careful what scented items come near her. The asthma situation limited what could be tried, but this cream has no odor. I didn't hesitate to buy it once I read the odor was practically zero and I was antsy for its arrival. I tried it on myself first on my wrist looking for any bad contact dermatitis but I was in for a delightful surprise in that it really helped take some pain away from tendonitis in my wrist! Within a few minutes I had less pain. I never got any rash so I handed it over to my poor suffering mother and this gave her relief enough to sleep and focus on healing her exhausted body. I nearly cried I was so thankful to have something give her relief and not make her asthma worse. Thank you for making this cream! Some of her shingles rash looked very hellish and this cream really made a positive difference. Her shingles is no longer active but she still has some lingering marks from the worst of the rash and she puts this cream on every day to lighten the redness and it is coming around nicely. I am so pleased this product exists and I aim to have it in the house always as it's better to be prepared in advance for an unexpected shingles attack. I also am eager to get the vaccine when I am of age. My mother was set to get her vaccine and then bam! she got shingles before she could get the shot but she will be getting it later this fall.

WORKS! For me, only if used at the beginning of the breakout of the bump. Read on. I was not remunerated to provide this review nor did I get free product and I do not write a lot of reviews. But if you are reading this then you are facing mostly likely, this miserable miserable virus and I hope this is helpful. Hang in there. I tried in Dec. to put this on my Shingles bumps when they were fairly advanced, like a week in and did not use it I got a burny reaction with some pain.So I quit using it on those bumps. But I put some on a few new forming bumps that had just started at the end of the breakout. THOSE bumps reabsorbed almost immediately and went away completely which was interesting and I have no permanent nerve pain in that area (I do in the other areas). I suffered through it and they all went away. Unfortunately, recent shingles (mildly) returned and reared their ugly head. I reached for the cream again. I was lucky I caught the very first bump with this cream and the redness and bumps went away overnight. Gone in 24 hours down to a red dot and now healed over 4th day. Miracle. As they grew around the dermatome, each time I saw one coming I used this cream and BOOM the bump never formed, reabsorbed and no more came. I have been doing this for a week and have NO active bumps that lasted. So for what it is worth, for ME, when I used this at the beginning of a bump it zapped it immediately and I would highly recommend this. Something in this ingredient list (the makunah (sp?) honey)? IDK what is killing the virus as it tries to come out. Good luck.
